Win11AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMOrCPU.reg should allow Windows Update to provide new Windows 11 releases without supported Trusted Platform Module and/or CPU.  This depends on Microsoft not closing down this intentional loophole, likely introduced to appease some large corporate customers.  Apply it after you've completed a clean install of Windows 11 and send warm thoughts to Redmond.
